Empower your audience. Together, we can belong, thrive, and succeed.
Everyone wants to belong and thrive, but it doesn’t happen without working to make it happen. Through a combination of storytelling, accessible tools, and actionable strategies, your people will learn the steps to building inclusion for everyone. Whether you want a 3000+ person keynote or a 12-person workshop, I can work with you to deliver a successful session that will resonate with you and your group.
“If you plan conferences, you’ll know that feeling I am about to describe…you get off the pre-planning phone call with the speaker and you exhale. You exhale because you know for this 75-minute session you’ll have NOTHING to worry about on stage. Having an A-list speaker is pure relief when dealing with all the issues that come with conference planning. Michelle is not only at the top of her game as a professional speaker, Michelle is also easy to work with and brings enthusiasm for your engagement.”

Every session with me includes…
Planning calls where I learn more about your organization, we work through your specific goals, and we set out the program plan.
Numerous opportunities for interactivity. I use Slido, an interactive anonymous polling software integrated into my slide deck, that allows your attendees to rank responses, collaborate on white boards and word clouds, and submit questions for our Q&A session. We can also hold small or large group discussions and use reflective questions and real-life scenarios applicable for your group. I design all of those with you.
A Q&A or fireside chat at the end of the program with sample questions to be sent one week prior to program date.
A toolkit to send to attendees, with three options to read, three options to watch, three options to listen to, and three questions to answer over the next three months.
For attorneys and law firms, CLE materials for you to request CLE credit in your jurisdictions.
If you’re recording, you get to keep the recording for up to six months and share it internally with your team.
