Let’s Talk About Honesty.
I was seventeen when I moved from the Caribbean to the United States. I graduated from Princeton University and the University of Michigan Law School, lived in New York, got married, and started a family in Chicago. I worked as a lawyer for years, but all this time I noticed a few things that inspired me to make a change…
→ People who looked like me didn’t hold leadership roles.
→ People on the outside don’t know the hidden paths to success.
→ Businesses tell people to change without trying to change the workplace.
→ And I noticed that no one talks about any of the above.
“Michelle so artfully met everyone wherever they were on their journey.”
More Honesty.
