Our National Day of Service & Remembrance

“Even the smallest act of service, the simplest act of kindness, is a way to honor those we lost, a way to reclaim that spirit of unity that followed 9/11.” - Barack Obama

22 years ago today, 2977 people were killed by terrorists in an attack against America. One of them was Joan Donna Griffith, the mother of my friend, keynote speaker, Paula Edgar. Every year, Paula has shared her memories of her mother and the legacy she left behind. One way Paula has shared is in a podcast conversation with her father. Please take a few minutes today to listen.

Do the work

Today, if I am able, I will give back to organizations that support 9/11 victims or first responders through volunteering or donation.
