Pride Month gives us the opportunity to celebrate love, identity, and liberation while commemorating the ongoing struggle for justice and equal rights. It is a time to recognize and honor the LGBTQIA+ community and their contributions to society. How can you celebrate love and self-expression this month? Promote diversity and inclusion in your workplace, partner with LGBTQIA+ organizations, sponsoring or participating in local Pride events, educating ourselves, creating products that reflect a range of identities and lifestyles, and fostering company cultures that value and respect individuality.

We are all Welcome: How to Succeed at Bystander Intervention
What is the difference between being a bystander and being an upstander? How do we create respectful and inclusive work environments free from harassment and discrimination? In this program, I will guide you on a journey to transform from being a bystander to an upstander. We will dive into scenarios to help formulate the best approach to intervene effectively in various workplace situations; emphasizing the importance of accountability and creating a respectful, supportive, welcoming, and inclusive work environment where we all can thrive.
